Do you offer same day delivery?
We do not offer same-day delivery at this time. However, if you are located in North India, we provide next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM. For other regions, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Can I pre-order shoes?
Yes, you can pre-order shoes from Red Heels. When new collections are announced, we often offer pre-order options. Simply select the pre-order option on the product page, and you will be notified of the estimated shipping date. Your payment will be processed at the time of order, and we will ensure your shoes are delivered as soon as they become available.

What is your return policy?
At Red Heels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at returns@redheels.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
